What I collect
When you book a call or use the contact form: your name, email, business name and website, revenue range, and whatever you tell me about your finances. When you join the newsletter: your email address. When you browse: privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) — aggregate page views only, no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking.
Why, and the legal basis
To respond to your enquiry and deliver the services you ask for (performance of, or steps toward, a contract); to send the newsletter (your consent — unsubscribe anytime); and to understand site usage in aggregate (legitimate interest).
Who processes it
I use a few trusted providers to run this site and business: Cal.com (booking), Kit / ConvertKit (newsletter), Plausible (cookieless analytics), Vercel (hosting), and a form provider for the contact form. They process your data only to provide their service. I never sell your data.
How long it's kept
Enquiry and client data for as long as needed for our work and any legal obligations; newsletter data until you unsubscribe. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, or export your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Email larspauwels@pauwelsfinance.com and I'll respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies, and analytics is cookieless. The Cal.com booking embed may set cookies needed to make a booking when you use it.
Changes
I may update this policy from time to time; the date above always shows the latest version.
