Shopify fashion brand
Their Shopify sales never matched the books. Refunds and exchanges weren't recorded right, an integration was set up wrong, and their VAT had been filed incorrectly — they'd been overpaying. I traced every difference, fixed the returns and the broken setup, and corrected the VAT so they reclaimed what they'd overpaid. Revenue and profit numbers they could finally trust.
Founder getting letters from the tax office
His accountant had made a mess of several years of filings. We rebuilt the books all the way back, got everything filed correctly, and set up a simple process his own team could keep clean. The letters stopped, and for the first time he had books he could rely on.

How long does it take?
It depends on the problem. I fix the specific thing that's stuck — the one your team or your accountant can't seem to crack — and I scope it with you on the call so you know exactly what it takes.
Which software do you work in?
Your existing stack — Shopify, Stripe, and your accounting software. I know Exact Online inside out. No forced migrations.
Is my financial data safe?
